Terms and conditions of use

1. DEFINITIONS 

Agreement regarding the terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") for the use of services and products (hereinafter referred to as "Products and Services") offered by Hobby Park through the website at http://www.hobbypark.ro (hereinafter referred to as "Site").

Seller - the commercial company Hobby Park, with registered office in IASI-700485, 57 Dealul Zorilor str., having CUI: RO16349890 and order number at the Trade Register: J22/215/2011.

Any person who enters the Site, without creating an account on the Site, will continue to be called "Visitor".

Buyer - person, firm, company or other legal entity issuing an Order.

Buyers can be natural persons as well as legal entities.

When you access or use the Site or the Services, you agree and fully accept the provisions of this Agreement.


2. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS 

By placing an electronic or telephone order, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller conducts its operations.

Only people who are at least 16 years old can become Buyers. By registering on the Site, you certify that you are at least 16 years old. This minimum age condition is necessary to ensure that they have the capacity and authority to comply with this Agreement.

If the Seller confirms the order, this will imply full acceptance of the terms of the Order. An unconfirmed order does not have the value of a Contract.


3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER 

a. The Seller will use his professional and technical knowledge to achieve the result stipulated in the Order and will deliver the Products and Services that meet the requirements, needs and specifications of the Buyer;

b. The information presented on the seller's websites is informative and may be modified by the Seller, without prior notice. Also, for reasons related to space and the coherence of the information structure, product descriptions may be incomplete, but the seller makes efforts to present the most relevant information, so that the product is used within the parameters for which it was purchased;

c. Communication with the store - can be done by interacting with it, posting product-related opinions or communicating through the addresses mentioned in the "contact" section. Opinions or addresses that contain insults or inappropriate language will be excluded from the site or ignored. The seller has the freedom to manage the information received without having to provide justifications for this.


4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR) 

The Buyer understands the intellectual property right and will not disclose to a third party or make public (on the Internet or the media), any of the information received from the Seller.

Also, the name of the site as well as the graphic signs are registered trademarks owned by Hobby Park and may not be taken over, copied or used, without the written consent of the owner.

5. BILLING - PAYMENTS 

The price, payment method and payment term are specified in the proforma invoice sent to the Buyer. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the delivered products, the Buyer's obligation being to provide all the necessary information for issuing the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.

6. LIABILITY 

The seller will be responsible if his sub-contractors and/or partners of any kind involved in the execution of the Order do not fulfill any of the contractual obligations.

The site does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness or current nature of the information or services provided by the site. Also, the Site does not guarantee that the computer systems or programs used to display or transmit information on the Site or in any other form do not contain viruses or other destructive code sequences or other destructive properties.


7. APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION 

This contract is subject to Romanian law. According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, regarding this Site, the personal data you provide us about you are administered, in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, by Hobby Park. The purpose of data collection is: creating an active account for the use of promotion services, online advertising, advertisement, marketing.

Any Visitor or Buyer who sends personal data or information to Hobby Park and expressly and unequivocally consents to the following: the processing of this data and personal information for the purpose of conducting market studies or sending promotional materials
